Peak Talent is a Search & Selection firm that specialises in the talent acquisition of Human Resource professionals at the mid to senior levels, typically in the £60-150k salary band.

Born out of a market need to break the mould of traditional Search organisation's high cost models and to offer a core competency in the subject matter, Peak Talent has been formed by HR professionals, previously from FTSE 250 firms, who want to turn the HR Search model on its head.

Peak Talent has a focus in 3 core differentiators:

Cost : Peak Talent operates on a 'delivery orientated' cost model that significantly undercuts the market, yet has the same proven research capability as the market leaders. The cost model is completely transparent and can be tailored to specific needs.

Knowledge: We are HR professionals ourselves, so we know what it is like to work in the 'inside'. We know how the Ulrich model works - the theory and the reality! We understand the issues outsourcing, off shoring, BPO, RPO and we know what it is that allows a commercially astute HR professional to succeed. In short, HR candidates are assessed by seasoned Senior HR practioners who know their stuff!

Care: We have been clients and candidates ourselves. We know what good and bad practise feels like. Enough said!
