Talent Aquisition

Peak Talent's approach to Talent Aquisition is borne from long experience designing, developing and managing volume, graduate and management recruitment environments. Sometime that has been an exclusively in-house operation, sometimes in concert with RPO or HRO firms.

Our offering is considerably different to most of the major outsource providers. Our aim is to:

  • deliver, or insert, dedicated resource to manage high value recruitment projects or work against a given timeframe.
  • design and implement dedicated 'in-house' Search capability which is fully capable of outperforming traditional Excecutive Search firms (both in terms of cost and time),
  • conduct a talent mapping excercise that identifies key & critical roles in competitor organisations - this can then be used over the longer term to develop a talent pipeline, which is used as and when needed by the business.

Our clients have found that this service offering works incredibly well where there is the need for a sudden injection of capability, or where flexibility is required against headcount or budget constraints, without impacting the overall deliverable.

Resources and cost models can be bespoked around client needs, as can the location of the resource itself - virtual or on-site.
