Debbie Middleton, Resourcing Specialist

Following an initial career with Scottish Widows, Debbie has 19 years experience within the recruitment industry. Her career has spanned several disciplines and she has dealt with a range of industry sectors both public and private. Among the presitgious executive recruiters she has worked for are; Robert Half, Frazer Jones, One Life Total Solutions and Oakleaf Partnership. In 2008 Debbie set up her own recruitment business Middleton Green Executive Resourcing.

Debbie's skill set is around focused recruitment campaigns, on an either pure search or an advertised selection basis and has several years experience of setting up in house recruitment teams.  She has a Diploma in Positive Impact Coaching, so careers counselling and guidance around CV writing are an additional skill set.
