Sharon led a People Development team responsible for all learning and development across multi-site contact centres. Key deliverables included the launch of a Customer Service Academy – a blended learning solution for all contact centre employees, projects such as i-Phone, a Leadership Development programme and a range of skills and behavioural programmes.
GNER
Whilst working as Head of Learning and Development, Sharon was responsible for the development of all leaders and employees, including the Executive Team. Sharon’s key achievement was the implementation of a GNER University that gave access to learning for all.
